Always good service, delicious food, and good atmosphere. The owner is down to earth and friendly. It's not on our most frequently traveled route, but it's always worth the trip, and we'll be there again and again! Bonus: there is an outside area where you can have your dog when it's open.

Place needs to be cleaned up!! Prices are too high! Food needs to be better! Not really an Irish pub! Other places nearby are much better!

Good food, great atmosphere.

Get the 3 Little Pig’s burger, get the chips with it because they are awesome fresh made potatoe slices that are yum and u dont need extra calories you have your mothers hips don’t forget. Ask for a side cup of the beer cheese and apply generously to said burger and then dip your chips in the awesome cheese sauce. You’ll thank me! Good time friendly staff.

Poorly staffed on Saturday 5/11/19 the waitress was left by herself with over 50 customers the cook left without telling her some people in our group did not get their food till after 1am when at 10pm...I dont hold jen accountable for this because she was left alone with no help I give her a 5star rating and the bar 1 star...needs better management and staff

This is a large bar with a really nice outdoor area. Food was a little pricey and average but it's got a jukebox and is def a nice place to get together with friends.

We really enjoyed this bar. They need to put Smithwicks back on the bar tap. The food could be a little better for the cost. But the atmosphere was great(sportsbar) and the service was wonderful. Very adequate space also.

Went for Happy Hour. Great beer specials. Food was awesome. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Very roomy. Nice deck. Great place for a group.

Friendly service, great deal on wings on Thursdays. The games are generally playing on one of the many televisions. Pool tables available in this family friendly establishment.

Drive by here all the time. Finally stopped in. Was hoping to find a food carved roast beef being an Irish pub. No beef. Wife had pulled pork. Sandwich was cold and full of snotty globules of fat. I had brisket sandwich it to was cold and full of fat and very little meat. Won't be going here again

Love it here. It is always a relaxed welcoming atmosphere! It's a versatile pub in which you can take your kids to for dinner or go to late hours when you have a sitter and either way enjoy. In summer there are fires crackling and a beautiful outside deck.

The FOOD and SERVICE are FIVE STAR. However, I ordered an Irish Shake and it was so horrible I had to send it back and get a coke. Lots of tv's and great outdoor seating. Great place to watch the game and get dinner!

VERY disappointed! Went there for lunch,only 6 people were there,and still service was slow. Our app.was whiskey cheese dip. It was runny,and the chips were burnt. The brisket sandwiches were tough and chewy, couldn't eat them. I wanted to tell the waitress, but she seemed more concerned with her cell phone. Loud rap was playing (in an Irish bar?). Now I know why the place was so empty.

Decent beer prices, good selection of beers, awesome soft pretzels with honey mustard and beer cheese to dip, but the sandwich I had could have been a little bit thicker. Can't wait to go when the outdoor bar and patio are finished. The service was great!

Rain storm forced me to stop, the people were great and bartender was wonderful. I felt very comfortable.

Waited 45 min for appetizers before walking out. The place wasnt busy and the waitresses seemed more concerned about smoking rather than providing a service. Wont be back...

Great food and great service!

Disappointed to say the least...Walked in, the table was not wiped off, the place smelled very damp. The waitress wore a mask, the bartender who came over to ask about our drinks did not wear a mask n was no more the 2 feet from us! Wow!

Gr8 food. . . friendly bar staff. . . an excellent sound system providing an endless array of musical diversity 4 all ear types. . . Multiple high mounted EZ viewable widescreen TV's providing something entertaining 4 all eye types. . . 2 pool tables always @ the ready 4 the general novice guppy or burgeoning shark on the hunt. . . The owner Richard Hawley, Jr is one of my favorite groovy humans walk'n & talk'n. . . Kelsey O'Shay's is definitely a good time just wait'n 2 happen. . . Tell 'em "Juice" sent 'cha. . . 👍🏻👍🏻. . .🙂

Great wings for a late night stop

Fast and friendly service. The place has a nice size bar with plenty of seating, as well as a couple pool tables at the back. They have a new chef and revised menu. The food wasn't bad before, but it is noticably better now.

Waited 15min and never got served, bar only had a bunch of "regulars" in it. The bar tender kept walking right past us even though we were sitting at the bar. We left and went to Douglassville Hotel. There bar was packed and we had a drink in minutes. Never going back to Kelsey's- it smelled too and was full of tweakers

The little older woman was so charming. Apparently her son is the owner. Food was good and the staff was friendly and quick.

Very friendly staff. The atmosphere was amazing. Very kind and friendly people. They make you feel right at home.

Second time there and both were great experiences. Staff was outstanding and knowledge on their menu. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was fun and friendly. Would have liked to have been able to stay for the music but we had other plans after dinner.

The new owner is very friendly!😊 He's worked hard to redo the outside deck, looks fabulous!! Biker friendly, but also family freindly...can't wait till it's finished. Had a really nice time, all ages. Bartender was pretty good, focuses on the younger generation, but still kept a decent eye on the older folks' drinks. Going to try it again in August.

Came in with my family for wings, but they didn’t have enough for all of us left so I ordered a Reuben. Came with barely any meat, picture attached. Service was slow. Disappointing because I used to love coming here, but looks like things have really gone downhill recently.

Food was not bad for pub fare.. Sat outside. The bar area was filthy, tables were sticking and there were HUNDREDS of cigarette butts on the ground. GROSS! Wait staff seemed to forget about us, it took a long time to get the check.
